The production division employs fourteen technicians, divided between working and assembly.
The machines used are the following:

• a high-speed Paventa "new Speed" work centre with CNC selca 4045 digit plus, work field 1750x650x600 with 16.000 rpm power head;
• a Sachman travelling column milling machine, hish-speed, with CNC selca 4045 digit plus, work field 2500x950x1000 with last generation indexed power head;
• a Sachman travelling column milling machine, hish-speed, with CNC selca 4045 digit plus, work field 2000x950x1000 with 15.000 rpm power electro-spindle and last generation tool change;
• Robofil 290 wire erosion, work field 400x250x150;
• Robofil 390 wire erosion, work field 400x300x150;
• Alfa 1D wire erosion, work field 600x300x300;
• singer erosion;
• a Favretto grinding machine, work field 900x350x300;
• a Favretto CNC grinding machine, work field 1100x550x350;
• a Rosa CNC grinding machine, work field 1100x550x350;
• two radial drills;
• a column drill;
• a display centre lathe;
• a heat treatment station consisting of a hardening inert atmosphere furnace, a traditional tempering furnace and a conditioned precipitation tank for oil blowing. This station is used mainly for changes or urgent maintenance operations. For the normal production, the company employs a specialized and certified supplier;
• three overhead travelling cranes 5 to 10 tons.
