Steel Meccanica is a dynamic company which deals with the design and manufacturing of manual dies, progressive dies and transfer dies for cold-working of sheet metal. It operates on customer order in different product sectors, among which in particular the automotive sector and the household appliance one, manufacturing moulds up to a maximum size of about 4.000 x 2.000mm.

The company is based in Castelbellino (outskirts of Jesi) in the province of Ancona, Marche region, and covers a surface of 1600 square metres divided in offices and production.

The artisan roots of our company allow us to build up a friendly and long-lasting human relationship with our customers, as well as an extreme dynamism in meeting their needs.

The experience gained and the careful organization allow Steel Meccanica to meet the various needs of the customer: co-design, manufacturing, testing with issue of the CQC certificate and pre-production. In cooperation with a partner company we can even provide custom moulding.

Thanks to a data processing system developed over the years by Steel Meccanica in cooperation with Software House Iride Progetti, we monitor the whole production process, from the order launch to the buy-off in real time.
